INGREDIENTI
8 Digestive biscuits
250 g of Greek yogurt
maple syrup
strawberries
fresh basil
strawberry jam
COME PROCEDERE
Wash the strawberries. Dry and cut them into thin slices.
Using a food processor, crumble the biscuits roughly. Put them fairly on the bottom of the glasses.
Put a first layer of strawberries on the biscuits base and add some leaflets of basil, cut into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix well the yogurt with 2 or 3 tablespoons of maple syrup.
Pour the yogurt into the glasses.
Spread a spoonful of strawberry jam on the mixture of yogurt and then, add a few slices of strawberries.
Finally, put some leaflets of basil, cut into small pieces.
Your dessert is ready: keep it in the fridge until it’s time to serve it.
