TIPO DI RICETTA: Bread
PORZIONI: 8 buns
INGREDIENTI
250 g of Manitoba flour
80 ml of warm water
40 g of soften butter
3,5 g of dehydrated yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of dairy cream
a pinch of salt
100 g of dark chocolate (70%)
1 beaten egg
COME PROCEDERE
In a bowl combine all the ingredients, except the beaten egg and the chocolate.
Blend well to make a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Give a round shape to the dough, cover it with a clean rag and let it stand for at least 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 little balls.
Insert two pieces of chocolate into each buns and then reseal the dough.
Put the buns on the baking sheet, previously covered with some baking paper, and let them to rise under a rag for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Brush the buns with the beaten egg and bake for about 15/20 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
Let them to cool down and serve lukewarm.
NOTE
You can prepare the buns (step from 1 to 6) one day in advance and bake them at the moment. They are perfect for breakfast.
