Slice the Tropea onion into thin rounds and set aside.
Cut the avocado into thin slices and dress them with some lemon juice.
Peel off the citrus fruits. Cut them into thick slices and put aside their juice.
In a little jar, put the citrus juice, salt, pepper, honey, oil and lime juice. Put the lid on the jar and shake vigorously. Season to taste with salt and pepper on the basis of your taste.
Put the avocado and the citrus fruits in two dishes and dress with the honey dressing.
Add some seeds of pomegranate and the onion cut into rounds and serve immediately.
