AUTORE: Sonia Monagheddu | OPSD blog
TIPO DI RICETTA: BREAD
PORZIONI: 10/12
INGREDIENTI
350 g of all purpose flour
90 ml of lukewarm water
85 g of butter, melted
40 g og granulated sugar
3,5 g of dehydrated yeast
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
blackberry jam
COME PROCEDERE
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the flour.
Gradually add the sifted flour and knead on a flour-dusted pastry board until you have a smooth and elastic dough.
Give a round shape to it and then, place it in a large bowl. Cover the dough with a rag, or cling film, and let it rise for at least 2 hours in a warm place.
When its volume has doubled, knead the dough for a few minutes and roll it out to form a rectangle of about 30x40 cm.
Spread the blackberry jam homogeneously on the dough and then, fold it in three parts.
Using a knife, cut some strips of dough (approx. 2 cm width), stretch them slightly and roll them up to form some knots of dough.
Arrange the buns at intervals in a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cover with a rag and let them rise for others 30 mins.
Preheat the convection oven to 180°C.
Bake the buns for about 30 min or until they are golden brown.
Take the buns out of the oven and allow them to cool on a wire rack before serving.
You can also freeze your buns for a couple of months.
